I’d followed it over the years, and thought, why not? Try it again. Two weeks after I bought it, they brought out a new version. It was, at the time, the best screen capture I’d encountered, and I needed it for my job. Months after the version was released, there has been no solution forthcoming. Upon contacting TechSmith for help, I was told that there are no technical development people available for help The best and only help you can now get is available from Customer Support level employees. The product worked and I saw steady improvement over the years Snagit arrived when anticipated, after I had paid for my subscription for support and free updates. I’ve used Snagit for four years without any interaction with their support system.
